1. Sam Guvai has given us the first building proposal which from his brother who is an architect. He has invited his brother to join our group and when his brother accepts, I will invite him to this sub committee.

By square area method with current cost per square meter of about Ksh 25, 000 (Twenty five thousand Kenya shillings), estimated project cost is expected to be:
1 House……... 117 x 25,000 = 2,925,000 Ksh.
4 Blocks…….. 117 x 25,000 x 6 = 17,550,000 Ksh.
Excluding Cost for land, Total Project Cost is therefore
approximately 17.55 Million Kenya Shillings.

2. George Juma Adongo who is the founder of Teachers Together in Christ Interrnational. We've asked him to specialize in helping us with the education/ school building side of things. This is a little about his organization.
Organizations - Non-Profit Organizations
Description:
One should be a teacher in practice or at heart.
OUR OBJECTIVES:
1. Meeting the teachers' spiritual needs,counseling them and their families.
2. Advising teachers on investment opportunities
3. Interacting with other teachers' groups world wide
4.Working together with other Grouops such as GARA TO COMBAT THE RAVAGING EFFECTS OF AIDS AMONG TEACHERS.
5. Seeking development partners to offer medical cover for teachers and their immediate family member.
6.We are concerned about the ravaging effects of HIV/AIDS amongst teachers so we work together with the affected and infected teachers
Plans:
1.Mediate or Short Term- We are looking forward to opening an office in Kiserian which will double as a shop for selling books, and uniforms for various schools
2.Immediate or Middle term- The office sited above will grow to become the major source of income for the group.
3.Long Term- the office will become a printing press serving the schools around Kiserian and beyond with logos and uniform with the various schools' logos.
Grand Plans:
Teachers Together in Christ International has thought and prayed and at last we can now talk concretely. We have three levels of planning: 1. Immediate 2. Mediate 3. Long term.
1. Immediate plans regard the venue of the meeting,which we already have-Joy Celebration Family, Dates-18-20 Dec. Advertising the meeting which we are already doing. Establishing offices in Kiserian.
2. In the Mediate plan we are looking forward to typing,typesetting, photocoping and internet services which will need computers,printers,flash disks,digital cameras and scanners. These will be used to make Teachers Together International self reliant pretty fast. 3. In the Term we shall need to start an income generating activity which is printing school books with their logos plus the services mentioned in no. 2

3. Sam Mwangi is 26 years old Kenyan citizen by birth, born in the central Kenya. This is what he wrote to me. " i received the Christ in the year 1999 and since then i have never looked back, am glad for this far He is Ebenezer to me,He has seen me through and i live to worship Him, i have passion for the young and kids whereby i have volunteered to spend a day with them in various places in Kenya, my desire is to minister unto them, i have been involved in mission activities across East Africa and also visiting such homes, as well as coordinate aid to a home in Mombasa Kenya, my joy is to see a smile in a child and my prayer is that we will do this and achieve alot with Jesus help" He is employed with Travel and Tours. 4. Harrison Makenga grew up with Julius Irungu in Imani. http://www.imanikids.org. He works for an insurance company.
5. Alan Mwiki attended campus together with Julius. He writes, "I love programming for websites. Computer make me enjoy my profession."
